Hello again!!!!!!

Hi everyone!  I haven’t had a chance to update my blog since school was over.  I really miss blogging.  If you look at my post called 10 things to do before I die you can see that getting a dog is on there.  Well I can now cross that off of my list!  We went to the national Cherry Festival and we got her there.  She is an 8 week old fawn pug that we are thinking that her name will be Piper.  She just calmed down enough to take a nap and I can’t believe how cute she is.  Well I’ll comment later!

My Last Post! =(

As I look back on this year I can’t help but think about all of the moments that have impacted me the most. There have been fun times and sad times. Good times and bad times. But through it all, my friends have stuck with me the whole time. They have allways been with me and helped me through all the things that have happened. I can’t name just one because it is so hard to eliminate all the others. If you are reading this right now, you know who you are! Thank you so much for helping me.

Summer!!!!!

Tomorrow is the last day of school. It is hard to believe that it is all coming to a close. Things are fading into summer! I will miss school and being able to blog everyday. I will also miss seeing all of my friends everyday. I am excited for summer though. I will be able to go swimming everyday and SLEEP IN!! I am so happy for that. I will also get to have friends over and stuff like that.

The thrill of performing
The exhilerating thought “I am onstage!”

I sing and I hear
I hear the applause
I hear myself
The booming sound of hands clapping
The sound of my voice
Everything as simple as vibrations make this noise
This noise that is coming out of me

As much as I love it

The excitment

Voice Recital!

Yesterday was my voice recital. It went very well. I sang Tell Me Why again and I sang Sisters from White Christmas with my twin Emily. We did really good and you know what? I wasn’t nervous at all!!!!!! I think that it was because I was up there and I knew allmost everybody in the audience. I am definnitly taking voice lessons next year!!!

I am very glad that in America we can have freedom of speech. Even though I don’t Twitter or have a Facebook page I still feel really bad for people who got them taken away. You can read this article to find out more of what happened.

I think that many Americans take our freedom for granted. I also think that many people don’t realize what is going on outside of our country. I think that we should start remembering really what is going on outside of our own little peacful nation.

Hope

I am hoping for a few things this summer. One of the things is that all of our vacations go smoothly. I also hope that our mission trip goes really well and that we can make the biggest difference in Lansing that we can.

I am hoping that we can find a puppy very soon. Allmost every day we look in the paper for different puppys for sale.

I hope that my thirteenth birthday goes amazingly well. I am going to be spending the entire day with my friends and making a difference because that is the week of the mission trip!

As you can see I hope for many things. And if just one of them goes well I will be a very happy girl!

Choir Concert!!

I am so excited and nervous for tonight! We have a choir concert and I have a solo! I am singingTell Me Why from South Pacific. I have voice lessons tonight and we are going to reherse that song until I am sick of it!! Wish me luck guys! My parents haven’t heard me sing by myself yet so I hope I do really well!
